Q: What kind of marketing services do you offer in foreign countries and languages?

A: I offer Facebook and Instagram ads for authors to promote their books, as well as ads for businesses. The ads are targeted to whichever country, in whichever language you would like. This includes: ad content creation in that foreign language, ad targeting, running the ads in my ads dashboard, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting results.
