Q: What coaching modules do you offer? (For all modules, if you’d rather I do it for you, instead of teaching you how, that is also something I offer)

• YouTube Essentials: two-hour complete YouTube channel setup: Media Appearances and other sections, verifying channel, filling in header image overlay links to website and social media, About section, playlists, tags, channel trailer for repeat and new visitors, adding your media interviews to your channel, if they are hosted on YouTube, customizing it to you.
• YouTube Premium (most popular): everything in Essentials, plus customized YouTube header image that includes your branding, book cover, background, text and style of your choice. Click to see examples.
• YouTube Sapphire: everything in Essentials and Premium, plus the creation of three customized videos for your channel. A channel needs three videos to show up in YouTube search results. I can use Audible excerpts, author readings, podcast audio files, interviews and more. Click to see examples.
• Facebook & Instagram Ads – Essentials: How to run targeted FB ads, including targeting and saving your audience for future ads, how to edit and duplicate the ad, create new ads from scratch using the saved audience. Includes a summary video sent to you after the session. Everything you need to take control of your book marketing ads. 
• Facebook & Instagram Ads – Premium (most popular): Everything in Essentials, plus a customized ad image. Click to see examples

• Facebook & Instagram ads Refresher: A one-hour refresher session, we’d record a summary video at the end so you can refer to it and we look at your ad analytics.
• How to send newsletters: Creating your first newsletter, saving it as a template, sending it to your subscribers. Includes summary video sent to you after the session.

Q: How does the coaching process work exactly?

• After you contact me to set up a session, I e-mail you the WoW Coaching Welcome Form, which you fill out and e-mail back to me. This contains questions about your prior technology knowledge, goals and more. 
• We communicate by e-mail to set up a date and time for your coaching, and both mark it on our calendars.
• The day before our session, I will send you the WoW Coaching Tech Form, which you will fill in with notes during the session.  
• Five minutes before the session starts, I e-mail you the Zoom meeting link. You click on it, and it takes you into the Zoom room. 
• Before starting, we’ll briefly go over what we’re going to cover, as well as the results you will have at the end. We’ll address any preliminary questions you may have.
• You share your screen with me and I walk you through each step. 
• The whole session is recorded and I send you the video afterwards. 
• You’ll take notes as you see necessary, and half way through we’ll take a five minute break. 
• At the end, we’ll go through all the steps again, and I’ll also record a five-minute summary video that will be sent to you after the session is finished.
• Then we’ll discuss any additional questions you may have. 
• For Facebook ads, after a week of the ad running, you’ll send me a screenshot of the link clicks and Reach, to make sure it’s performing optimally.

• Essentials – Facebook & Instagram Ads: $199 – three sessions, totalling two-hours coaching without ad image or video (you provide ad image or video)
• Premium – Facebook & Instagram Ads: $349 – three sessions, totalling two hours of coaching with customized ad image.
• Sapphire – Facebook & Instagram Ads: $499 – three sessions, totalling three hours of coaching with customized ad video.
• 1-hour Facebook & Instagram Ads Refresher: $99
• Newsletters coaching: $199 without header image
• Newsletters coaching: $299 with customized header image
• Newsletters: $99 per newsletter for me to create and send for you (you provide the content in Word document form)
• Additional coaching and consulting: $75 / hour
