Project Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a project is canceled after work has begun, fees will be recalculated based on the work actually performed.
Upon cancellation, all work completed up to the date of cancellation, including preliminary discovery calls, consultations, research, planning, and other project-related work, will be billed at my standard a la carte rate of $150 / hour, not the project-based rate.
If the amount already paid exceeds the value of the work performed at $150 / hour, the difference will be refunded. If the amount owed for work performed exceeds the amount already paid, the remaining balance will be due.
This policy applies to project cancellations regardless of the reason for cancellation.
