Writers of the World Discussion Panels
Instructions
- Please sign up for a free account at www.Zoom.us and be logged in.
- Please have your back against a blank wall for recording.
- Please have this set up complete before the video and sound check – thank you!
- Lighting: lighting from in front of you if possible (light coming from behind the computer – example desk lamp etc. ).
- Please formulate your answers to two minutes for each question.
- Please e-mail big (high resolution) images to UBDCreative@Hotmail.com
1 – You signing books / speaking or other, that will go with your introduction.
2 – General image (you with family, your pets, etc. or anything else you have. Try to make it one that will fit what you will say on the panel, if it doesn’t fit, it can be used in the outro when giving the viewers your website.
3 – Your Book cover and bio pic.
Sequence of how panels take place
- Pre-panel video and sound check by Zoom (20 minutes).
- I send everyone the script and scheduling link.
- The recording takes place.
- I edit and create the panel and social media image and e-mail you the premiere links and Instagram image.
- Premiere takes place (live event on YouTube, everyone watches it live at the same time with fans, friends and family and can leave comments in the sidebar.
- Optional – I offer coaching sessions (takes 1 or 2 hours) where I show you how to set up your YouTube channel to showcase your media appearances and feature the panel.
